Drawing Your Desired Pictures

What is more beautiful than giving your lovers, children or friends a drawing/painting of their portraits or their pets as present to express your passion and love. It is a couple of years that I receive requests from my dear followers to draw their own pictures, therefore I decided to develop a part in my website to not only for local people, but also for international people all around the world to submit their order and draw their desired photos. I am delighted to accept offers and ship all around the world (except Restricted Countries according to EU’s Security Policy). I deeply appreciate your interest about my artworks and art technique.

Private Customer Terms

  • I always trust my dear customers and our agreement is based on trust from both sides. Therefore you don’t need to pre-pay anything until your artwork is finished.
  • You have the right to withdraw the contract and refuse payment if you are not satisfied with the result of the drawing.
  • Kazemfineart.com is committed to keep all of your information and shared picture secure without sharing at his website or any third party platforms.
  • With your permission, Kazem may use your artwork for advertisement in his website (kazemfineart.com) and his associated third parties (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.) provided not sharing any personal information of you as promised in last paragraph (you will remain anonymous).
  • You agree with our Terms of Sale as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Reference Photo Conditions

The reference photo which you provide us would meet the following requirements:

  • would be vivid which describes the bright, clear colors or details.
  • classed as a high resolution image.
  • would be suitable in technical quality such as sharpness and contrast.
  • must meet our content policy (please read our Terms and Conditions)

The Procedure

  1. Please Contact us via our Contact page or our two reference emails: contact@kazemfineart.com; kazemfineart@gmail.com
  2. We will discuss about whether your photo meets our standards as well as the cost of the finished artwork according to the price list below and the complexity of the picture.
  3. You will receive  Private Customer Contract Form of kazemfineart.com signed by the artist, Kazem Mohseni. This form is an agreement between you and the artist with all your rights mentioned above. Please Sign and date it, scan or take of picture of it and send us back via our reference emails or contact page.
  4. I will start working on your artwork. If there are other customers in our list, your drawing/painting goes to waiting list according to priorities. But I do my best that my dear customers not wait too long in order to finish their order on time.
  5. After finishing your artwork, we will make you aware via your contacted email. it will go to the private customer list of our Art Shop which just you will be able to bring into your cart and proceed payment on the checkout. Please note that Registration/Login is mandatory in our online shop in order to bring the highest security atmosphere for our dear customers. You can delete your account at anytime you like. Please note that billing and shipping address are separate and you would provide both of them (For local customers, they can pay on delivery and arrange a pick up date with the artist).
  6. We will ship your artwork with highest safety packages to your address and will provide you tracking number of the preferred post service.

Please notice that the prices below starts from the Base Price which are demonstrated here. The price may vary after discussion depending on the complexity of the reference photo. The base prices are without frame.
